HAVERSTRAW, N.Y. — A Garnerville man is facing multiple charges after allegedly attacking a woman with a screwdriver in Haverstraw on Sunday evening, police said.
At approximately 5:25 p.m. on Sept. 14, Haverstraw Police responded to a report of a man who grabbed a woman by the neck and held a screwdriver to her throat outside a residence in the Village of Haverstraw.
